Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating water cooled set with acoustic cover to control the noise level as per limit of central pollution control board (CPCB) 82.5 KVA capacity 3 phase, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 4 wire, 50 Hz with following and including two year maintenance spares and set of tools as recommended by maufacturer :- (A) PRIMER MOVER :- Suitable for driving 82.5 KVA alternator, water cooled, battery start diesel engine as per IS : 10001/10002 of adequate BHP conforming to BSS frame pedestal support with anti vibration pad rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in any 12 hours operation with following standard accessories for engine (i) Battery as per OEM recommended (ii) Fly wheel and flexible coupling with guard (iii) Hour meter and RPM meter (iv) Instrument panel with Lubricant oil temperature and pressure gauge, battery charge indicator meter, high temperature gauge (v) Fuel tank as per manufacture design (vi) Exhaust pipe brought outside the room covered with 12 mm dia asbestos rope.

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator shall be brush less type, suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 0.8 power factor (lagging) under NTP conditions in accordance with IS-4722, 4 pole, screen protected, drip proof, horizontal foot mounted type, the degree of protection will be IP-23 enclosure, voltage regulation + 1%, self excited & self regulated with static excitation system, class 'H' insulation and operation will be suitable for tropical condition at Fatehgarh. (C) AMF PANEL :- AMF panel for 82.5 KVA DG set factory made enclosure of CRCA sheet cubical type floor mounted complete with internal connection of and accessories including digital type volt meter, ammeter, frequency meter, power factor, meter indicators, set of relays and associated accessories for starting the engine on main feature as well low voltage, over and under voltage relay, auxillary contactor with timer (on delay). Note :- (i) Any fittings / fixture are deemed to be included above which are required for its proper functioning (ii) Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall be provided as per manufacture design and cost is deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 cire 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly into the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate note less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, PCC chamber and cover, watering pipe, funnel wire mesh but without earth lead protection pipe and test on complete after dismantling unserceable earthing (above GL only) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
