Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Precast Concrete work/ precast concrete block built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC, Type C-1 solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate n.exc 10cm thick and setting in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to concrete or block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or block masonry surfaces finishing even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing to old surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint including preparation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, including preparing on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the exting floor / Concrete surfaces/Path by washing rubbing etc to remove caked mud/ grease etc and applying high pressure wall jet of 120 PSI or move for obtaining a clean surfaces free from algae/organic particles and applying one coat of weather resistant floor paint

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steelwork of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Rolled sections/Tubular MS pipes as in cross beams, hip and jack rafters, vertical posts, purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or similar work including welding and all necessery works complete all as specified

S&F Plates (Plain or chequred), channels, square cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment incl necessary welding as specified

Dismantling of Plain or Corrugated Steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness of roof in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

All as per itme No 22 above but plain sheet as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and similar works all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting fixed with GI self tapping screws as specified for roof sheeting.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including cement mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick ( Square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match layed over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above but on dado / skirting and layed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on vertical surfaces as backing coat of wall tiles etc.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.06 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, 7 mm to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 mm to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed Ceramic digital Tiles, Coloured, of size 450X 300X 7 to 8mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 300 x 300 x 10mm thick coloured heavy duty vitrified exterier chequered tiles as in floor/wall set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L For coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured or grey cement match with pigment, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread, levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling/Sub base /levelling coarse and similar work complete all as specified

M&L for drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward/horizontal angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre at junction of floor and wall or contact and wood work or similar affected area and filling ATT solution @ 0.5 litre/hole and sealing the same with gray or white cement as required.
