Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceed to a distance of 50M where directed at a level not exc . 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river/M-sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only measured and paid

M & L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-I) of cross-sectionsl area 95 sq mm 3½ core including Taking out the existing underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 400 Amp, adjustable over load and short circuit with Micro processor release setting , breaking capacity 36 kA at 415V, 50Hz, of (Make : L & T Cat No CM93003OOOOX1 or equivalent in Legrand / Schneider electric) incl necessary spreaders / cable lugs / nut, bolt and washers if required complete all as direcetd

Material and labour for earthing complet with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh and 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip 32mmx6mm from top of earth plate upto test point (upto 7.5metre in length) connected with suitable size of GI nuts, bolts and washers all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including formwork and MS frame using MS angle iron 40x40x6mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth pit shall be constructed 50cm from the side of excavation to avoid sinking of pit.
