PROVISION OF 5 TOILETS CUM BATH ROOM AT NIMU MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) NIMU

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and everaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manhole etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling watering and well remming layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 25mm outer dia of (3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 lts capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lingth, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but of 6 and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and set as in wall etc in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 25mm thick cement concrete typeB-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance piece, cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde - E - 250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick sreed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of birckwork ar concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall surface applying two coat of cement base paint incl curing complete over a coat of chalk white complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 2nd class Hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and framed rabeted on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at jounts, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350X250X7mm/ 450X350X7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel 100mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminim alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 250 mm size with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces wooden based over a coat of pink primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including prearation of surfaces including filling with filer where reqd complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal powder coated versatile double door SPN distribution board, 12 way suitable for MCB's fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutral link , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 2nd class hardwood plain fillets. Sec area exc 13 Sq cm and n. exc 25 Sq cm as in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 2nd class softwood plain fillets. Sec area exc 03 Sq cm and n. exc 06 Sq cm as in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 75mm thick Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in fdn and subbase to received top layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.43 above but 20mm outer dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick Sand filling (crushed sand) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preleminated particle board interior grade Preleminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balacing white lamination, 9 mm fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing & caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :-

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I & complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
