Providing steel reinforcement with MS/RTS rods of reputed approved make for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, Minor T & Ps labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift etc., complete as per Standard Specification

Suppling , fixing and Labour charges cutting GI/MS angle and fixing in cable duct in proper alignment including labour lead lift etc,complete.

Labour charges for transporting all cable duct cover slab from the work site and laying over the cable duct in proper alignment including labour lead lift etc,complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick for Ceiling & Sunshade bottom including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, leads and lifts etc., complete.

colour washing with two coats using cement paint over one coat of white cemnet including through scrapping, clan removal of dirt, cost of all materials, labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty where ever required.

Disposal of Excess of surplus earth away in low lying area with a lead of 100 Mts including spreading and levelling labour, lead, lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.
