Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. B.C.D. S.O.R. Item No. 5.8.21

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 75mm average thickness D.S.R. Item No. 26.28.3

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter D.S.R. Item No. 26.29.1

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer. D.S.R. Item No. 26.31.1

Covering of treated surface with PCC :- Providing 50 mm thick Cement Concrete M20(1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with aaproved quality of stone chips of 20 mm B.C.D. S.O.R. Item No. 5.12.3

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil (vide classification of soil item - A+B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts with leveling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as perbuilding specification and direction of E/I.
