Material and Labour for dismantling the winding core of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep size of any make/model, cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding wire, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge including insulating materials, varnishing the core assembly, replacement of ball bearing & gun metal bush as required and re-assembling the core including painting painting the ceiling fan & blade with synthetic enamel paint with pressure gun and testing complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repais Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15 mm(light grade) all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe, funnel, wire mesh, Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. The extra cost of the watering pipe, bends, elbows shall be included in the unit rate. Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending of day to day geyser and solar fault/complaint pertaining to winter appliances received in person on detailment at MES Service centre located at Old Amritsar Cantt Area by locating and rectification for geysers shock, sparking in geyser wiring , geyser not working etc. fault from and inspection, taking down, opening, dismantling , descaling, replacing unserviceable items, brushing and cleaning of storage tank and examining of water tightness of storage tank after cleaning and descaling and refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Cost of labour for the replacement of unserviceable items such as heating element, thremostate, thermal cut out, indicator lamps, inner shell, inner base, bottom cover plate, safety pressure valve, noeprene seal, etc. shall be deemed to be included in qouted rate and material shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only in relevant item of BoQ. (ii) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor (iii) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8 Hours of receipt of complaint. However, complaints of emergent nature i.e short circuit, earth fault etc. shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (iv) Contractor will deposit all the items to EM Store in advance and unsv items will be collected by the contractor as schedule of credit. (v) Rep of contractor will report to AGE EM complaint cell at 9 O'Clock daily for collecting of complaints. Complaints received shall be rectified in the same day and after completion of complaint contractors rep will report to complain cell for the completion report. (vi) For Non attending of urgent nature complaint within 24 hours, a penalty of Rs 100 per complaint will be levied from the contractor.
