Dismantaling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground concrete brick work masonry etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes n.exc 0.5 cum each getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete allas specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in posts and struss of fencing, fillets, plates etc including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or ribeting etc complete confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to all as specified. (fe-410-W(Gde.E-250) quality- A or Fe 290(Gde.E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standerds, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L as in repair galavanised 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at barbs 75mm spaceing and strainings and fixed to any type of standard rails staning bolts including securing or tying at crossing with provision of GI mid steel pins etc (each line line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5.00mm to 10.00mm diameter of neck and length of bolt exc 5.0 cm and n.exc 10cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified.

Demolition (reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches , not exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto - all as per item No. 17 but 6 to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of flat concrete foundations, footings, bases of coullmns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundations and plinth beams and similar work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and sanchions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) concrete type B1 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts footings , foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for coulmns etc basement slab, undereamed piles and mass concerte all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) of 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in incl spreading levelling and well ramming and watering in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick grenite ( of any type ) work (table rounded and polished) in coloumn, jambs, brick pillars, over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as gate(any size), grills,gratings,etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters,walk ways,railing,framework of water tank and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
