Civil –Housekeeping maintenance of Plant areas and buildings of Ph-I in VGTPS district for a period of six months from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021.

Cleaning of EWC/IWC, floor tiles, dadooing in Administrative building and other Phase-II buildings in plant area daily, cost of cleaning materials such as toilet brush, phenol, bleaching powder, acid, naphthalene balls, labour, lead, cost of all consumables, all T & P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of Urinals, Floor tiles, dadooing tiles in Administrative building and other Phase-II buildings in plant area daily including cost of cleaning materials such as toilet brush, phenol, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, labour, lead, cost of all consumables, all T & P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of wash basin in plant area of Phase-II daily including cost of cleaning materials such as toilet brush, phenol, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, labour, lead, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of open drain/storm water drain pipe culvert etc., to ensure free flow of water in Phase-I Plant area including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead & lift etc., complete and disposal of the waste collected including cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning of Phase-II office buildings, floors, cleaning of glass partition and windows, cleaning of dust bins, cleaning of food waste, cleaning of garbage, cleaning of other waste accumulated inside office premises etc., providing of drinking water in all offfices including cost of all materials such as plastic pot, tumbler, broom stick, glass cleaner, cleaning powder, labour, lead and lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning of Phase-II plant buildings, Floors, open concrete pavement and cleaning of glass windows, cleaning of food waste, cleaning of garbage, cleaning of other waste accumulated inside plant premises etc., providing of drinking water in all plant areas whenever shut down works carrying out inside plant premises including cost of all materials such as plastic pot, tumbler, broom stick, glass cleaner, cleaning powder, labour, lead and lift, cost of all consumables, all T & P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Collection, transport and disposal of jungle wastes, food wastes, garbage wastes, and other wastes collected inside the Phase-II plant area side during shutdown and emergency works carried out by other agencies to outside plant within 2KM radius area including cost of transport, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, lead, lift and disposing safely etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of cobweb in Phase-II office buildings and other office buildings etc., in Phase-II Plant area including cost of all cleaning materials, all T&P's labour, lead, lift etc., complete once in a month as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping & cleaning the Phase-II plant area roads and approach roads including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, cost of all consumables, all T& P's lift etc., complete twice in a month as directed by the Engineer at site.

Maintenance of Saplings provided in green belts inside Phase-II plant area including removal of weeds, watering, cost of all materials like urea/manure, pesticides, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Operation of ETP pump valve and adding chemicals in to sludge tank and maintaining of ETP, Sewer line/Pipe line and manhole at plant area including cost of labour, lead lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Operation of STP pump valve and adding chemicals into tank and maintaining of STP at plant area including cost of labour lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of water tank in store building, BHEL building in Phase-II Plant area including cost of all cleaning materials such as brush, bucket, bleaching powder, labour, lead, lift including cost of all consumables all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of sewerage water collected in septic tank inside Phase-II plant area and clearing sludge and disposing at a suitable place away from the plant using 6000lit capacity hired tank including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T&P's including removal of cover slab and re-fixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Dewatering of seepage water collected from cable sumps using TANGEDCO motors including transporting of motor and required extension hose, wire, including cost of all labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Wet MOP cleaning of workshop foreman room, BGR Building, BHEL Office, etc., in Phase-II Plant area including cost of all materials such as mop, cleaning powder, labour, lead, lift, including cost of all materials such as mop, cleaning powder, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of scrub jungle in and around switchyard, transformer yard area and fire hazardous area in Phase-II plant area and clearing away from site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and collecting the dry leaves which are falling from the existing trees including cost of transporting and disposal of dry leaves at the Phase-I area location identified by the Engineer at site including cost of all consumables, T&P's etc., complete..

Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all the Phase-I plant buildings once in a month including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead ,lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Engaging of Technical Assistant for Assisting to take Measurement, Computing and preparation of cost sheets of various items in Civil works and upkeeping maintenance of the plant etc., complete.
