M&L for surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth ; for foundation or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Hardcore (broken bricks) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed .

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed .

M&L for Type B0, 1:2:4 , 40mm thick Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for laying 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in floor, pavings etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for laying Machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 15mm cement screed base of Cement plaster 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- size was directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying Machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigmet to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in cement mortar 1:6 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing 11 to 15mm dia of neck Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22.5cm but not exc 30 cm in length complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Steel work in tubular trusses, purlins and poles etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed . Note - The design , Size and dia of tubular will be approved by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Fe-410 W (Gde-E 250 quality-A) Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete ll as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fe-410 W (Gde-E 250 quality-A) Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1.60 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing 1.25mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fe-410 W (Gde-E 250 quality-A) Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia with mesh size 20mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering with Ready Mix plaster of approved make 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces walls in CM (1:6), with mixing 3% WPC wt of cement completer all as specifed and directed . Noter :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying two coats distempering in surfaces (obtain from complete removal of exisiting treatment) with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/ltr, of approved manufacture, of required shade and colour in wall complete including necessary putty work of 1.50mm thick to make uneven surface smooth to receive distemper complete as per directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium weather coat/Rain coat paint UV resistance, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed
