Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earthlead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

P/L dry stone soling (100 mm size ) duly hand packed (Quarry) and consolidated with hand rammers complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation

Carriage of material by mechanical transport from source of suppy upto site of work ,sand and aggregate 20 Km

Add cost for sign board , incl installation ,painting, writing and photographs charges and other unforeseen. (To be paid as per actual)
