The Service Charge for obtaining Security Guard through outsourcing shall not be less than 3.85% (comprising 3.00% as the bidder's profit margin and 0.85% as transaction charges) and shall not exceed 7.00% (inclusive of transaction charges). Financial bids shall be invited and evaluated within this prescribed range.

1) The financial proposal shall include all costs associated with the scope of work. The Board shall not bear any cost other than the total cost mentioned in the financial proposal.

2) Evaluation of tender will be based on the lowest service charge quoted by the bidders.
