Repair to external water supply pipe line and connected items at South Camp, West Camp, North Camp and East Camp under AGE (I) MFFR

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 200 mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket/tyton joint laid in trenches including dismantling of old existing unserviceable GI/CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork, DI fittings / specials & joints shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing rubber gasket tyton joint (push on joint) including rubber ring suitable for 150mm bore socket & spigot DI pipe and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 150mm bore (ISI Marked) with & including all fittings, laid in trenches, including taking up or down unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 100mm bore (ISI Marked) with & including all fittings, laid in trenches, including taking up or down unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 100mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Dismantling and taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 80mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
