M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster in any mortar and removing the debries out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of Exterial quality Appex ultima paint on new surfaces of plastered surface/Concrete surface of wall complete all as specified and directed including 1 to 2mm thick wall care puty as a leveling course, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of external Walls and applying two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of primer, complete all as as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of cement base paint white or tinted, complete all as specified directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth ;for foundation etc.or for shafts well cesspit,maholes, pier holes etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.50m in depth, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudnation, subbase filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in post/strut foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.
