Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only chain link fencing, MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire and MS flat iron shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only mild steel galvanised, chain link fencing of 50x50mm mesh size and 3mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured for payment)

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair framed work suchas grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, wlk ways, raailing, framed ork of water tanks and similar work confirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as spd

Supply only mild steel flat iron, round bars etc. in available length complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 10mm dia MS rods 3 Nos shall be provided horizontally by interwewaving in the chain link and welded with MS flat iron.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 45mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down old Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels, copings apex stone, pier caps, columns, posts, boundry pillars, bed plates, anchoage blocks, bonders (stone walling), corbles brackets etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered walls surfaces and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushging, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil), not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (slat glazed stoneware, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of wall in cm 1:3 20 mm thick etc all completed

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for slab of culvert complete all as spd

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone agg) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of shelves,lintels,beams etc. for rough finish surface complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints , laid in trenches/ floor

S&F TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required incl cranking bendding spirally, hooking for ends and bindding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed.

Ditto all as per above item but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

Taking down steel gate exc 6 Sqm but n.exc 12 Sqm any weight and refixing the same opening on bearing after repairing , painting of gate and making good distrurbed portion complete all as specified

M&L for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight not exceeding 4 kg per sqm

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished. In steps, jambs, pillars window cills and cooking platform and like in cement mortar in cm 1: 4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bamboo framing any type in walls incl att all bamboo trellis work

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in ( Concrete, brick work,masonry), .portion and making good sturbed ground

Desilting/removal of debries and earth from bed of drain and removal the same to a distance up to 50 M all as directed

M&L for Providing Precast cement concrete soild block 1:3:6 Type C1as in kerb stone edging inCM 1:4 etc all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/hard standing and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and including 50mm thick (compacted thickness) sand cushion below paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, Joints of plinth protection shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for new concrete for Surfaces any description or plain or moulded, over 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.
