Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supply and Delivery of 1000 ltr HDPE Tank as per IS 12701/1996 including laoding unloading , Transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and Specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc

Supply and run of 2×4 sq mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated Single core unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (class B) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angleovor upright and end supports for main.(SD-70)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8"copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and interconnection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1No 40Amp 30MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Lower End) with suitable necessary connection -SD 126

Wiring with 2×1.5 sq mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unshethed on conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceily with PVC accessaries and with TW suitable box and 5A F.T switc with painting of suitable glam for open PVC light point / fan point. (SD-20)

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifigal pumpset (Coupled/Monoblock) in borewell/ Openwell including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure guages up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel Board consisting of TPIC switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., Complete and operating the pumps and trail run for 10 days including signing of completeion of reports as required by EB Authorities (Up to 3 HP)
