Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of eProcurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The tenderer has to quote his rate by EXCLUDING GST. However contract will be concluded for the amount(Exclusive of GST) but applicable GST will be paid separately as per the prevailing GST at the time of execution. If the GST rates are revised during the contract period, the tenderer/Employer has to accept the revised GST rates for making payment/ recovery.

The Payement shall be made as per the Availability of the Funds subject to the Further orders of Higher officials/Authorities

The tenderer shall have valid Class I Registration Certificate

The tenderer shall scan and upload all the original documents required for this bid to the KPP portal. The original documents shall be produced at the time of physical verification otherwise the tendere will be treated as Non responsive & liable for rejection

Omission and typographical errors which are in the opinion of the executive engineer will not be a ground for claims of extra payment

Executive engineer reserves the right to accept or reject tender and cancel the tender process and reject at any time prior to award of contract,

Annual turnover certificate along with balance sheet certified/attested by charted accountants should be uploaded with 18-digits system generated unique number(UDIN number)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities from banks for meeting the fund requirement should be submitted in the prescribed format as in bid document.

3.2To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2020-2021 to 2024-2025)(b)satisfactorily completed(at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as One drinking water supply project of value not less than Rs.268.87 lakhs.

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-2025) (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.1075.46 Lakhs (The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate with P and L statement for the relevant financial years certified by CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted).
