Servicing of water treatment plant (RO) by checking all parts, cleaning and backwashing of filter media of all units/membrane, arressting of leakages and checking quality of water and keeping the plant in serviceable condition to provide the acceptable quality standrad parameters as required all as specified by manufactures and directed. WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING :- (a) MEDIA FILTER (FRP) - 02 NOs (b) ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (FRP) - 02 NOs (c) WATER SOFTNER FILTER (FRP) - 02 NOs (d) CONTROL PANEL - 02 NOs NOTE :- (a) Servicing shall be carried out through authorised service personal/agency and necessary certificate to be submitted as proof of having carried out the services. (b) Carry out water analysis test regarding chemicals & biological test report from Karnatka Govt. agencies as directed and test report shall be submitted. (c) Un serviceable spares which are required to be replaced shall be carried out and paid separetly under relevant items.

Taking down U/S membarane & Supply and fix RO membarane (8040) suitable for 750/1000 ltrs per hr water ( Vayu Vihar and SDI )

Taking down U/S membarane & Supply and fix RO membarane suitable for 15000 ltrs per day water capacity.(ASTE)

Taking down damanged/ unserviceable Ultra Voilet system from position, material and labour for new UV system suitable for RO plant capacity of 750/1000 LPH.(SDI and Yavu Vihar)

Taking down damanged/ unserviceable Ultra Voilet system from position, material and labour for new UV system suitable for RO plant capacity of 15000 ltrs/day (ASTE)

Taking out existing perished Filter/water micron catridge 5 micron HD - 05 of RO Plant capacity 750 Ltr/Hr from the position, material and Labour for suitable Filter/water micron catridge 5 micron HD - 05 for RO Plant of suitable for 750 Ltrs/Hr capacity complete with fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing perished Filter/water net 5 micron HD - 05 of RO Plant capacity 750 Ltr/Hr from the position, material and Labour for suitable Filter/water net 5 micron HD - 05 for RO Plant of suitable for 750 Ltrs/Hr capacity complete with fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S Rotto meter & Supply and fix RO Rotto meter suitable for 750/ 1000 LPH and 15000 ltrs per day water capacity.(ASTE)

Materials and labour for servicing of Mono Block pump/SS monobock pump 0.5 to 2 HP, opening the pump and re- fixing, machining the pump impeller shaft key ways, and materials and labour for replacing the key, impeller nut gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the monoblock pump of capacity 0.5 HP to 2 HP from position, strip opening the motor, taking out the burnt copper winding wire from slots cleaning the slots , rewinding the motor with suitable guage of copper wire, insulating and varnishing, heating and refixing the motor with proper alignment with pump set connecting up the electric connections testing and commissioning complete.

Taking down old u/s control panel & Supply and fix control panel of RO plant suitable for 750 ltrs per hr water capacity.( Vayu Vihar)

Supply citric acid Monohydrate for regeneration of RO Plant Membrane

Taking down unserviceable Air Break (Power) Contactor 3TF 32 00-0A and Supply & fix Air Break (Power) Contactor 3TF 32 00-0A automatic suitable for 5 HP pump set complete all as specified and directed. Make:- SIEMENS or equivalent.

Supply only calcium based granular high strength chlorine suitable for drinking water treatment.

Maintenance/repair/servicing of Chloronome Granules dozing pump including combined gear motor and agitator excellent proportional control and injection electric motor 0.5 HP capacity and cleaning of inlet & outlet UPVC pipes all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Un serviceable spares which are required to be replaced shall be carried out and paid separetly under relevant items.

Supply only Activated carbon suitable for Water Treatment Plant (RO) including taking out existing unserviceable carbon all as specficied and as directed.

Taking down damaged UPVC clamp from position and Material and labour for new PVC clamps suitable for 63mm bore HDPE pipe complete with provision for 25mm dia for pressure guage branch connection and socket nipple, clamp all as specified and directed.

Taking down damaged / unserviceable pressure gauge, material and labour for new pressure guage 25mm bore with pressure rating as required all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable UPVC pipe of size 90 mm bore from position and material and labour for UPVC pipe of size 90 mm bore and pressure capacity 6Kg/cm² all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable multiport valve from position of size 65mm, material and labour for multiport valve of size 65mm suitable for UPVC pipe all specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable water purifier system of capacity 8/16/25/60 Ltrs from the position for servicing, repairs replacement of defective components/parts and reassembling with testing and complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Spare will be measured and paid separetly.
