Providing and Laying Solid cement concrete block masonry with M-5 Grade in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand). The rate shall also include anchoring of rebars with concrete surfaces for transiom and mullions wherever required including making the cut out opening in masonary for flush concealing DB/plug point/switch box enclosure . Note:( Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding, including providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry (including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering) complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding (up to 10 metres height complete) including Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry (including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering) and all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for Plastering exterior walls of free standing height more than 10 m from ground / terrace level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof

Providing 6mm thick plastering using ready mix plaster on cement concrete or Reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning, scaffolding complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic emulsion paint with Two coats on new work and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces, etc., including a coat of approved cement primer as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, painting, finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion paint with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete surfaces of required shade over new work including a base coat of exterior waterproof cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming Coat: Providing, and applying single coat of exterior penetrating water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer primer for superior bonding after thorough cleaning of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. Allow the primer to cure according its technical instructions

Exterior Waterproof Coating: Providing & Apply one coats of Waterproof Coating composed of high quality emulsion polymer, weather durable pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers, additives & biocides without any dilution Maintain the spreading rate of 4.20 -4.70 Sq.mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about 100-120 microns DFT. Apply second coat of high quality acrylic emulsion polymer of approved make Raincoat Select Top Coat with interval of 6-8 hours without any dilution spreading at rate of 6.0 -6.5 Sq.mtr / per litre / coat to achieve DFT of 60 –70 microns. The material shall have following technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm, Elongation of >100 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, Passes Water Resistance as per SS500 standard, Complies to anti carbonation test as per EN 1062 part 6.
