REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF CERTAIN BUILDING AT 12BRD, AF STATION NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leaping, whether full thickness removed or only a part there of, and removing of mud complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate in padding/mass concrete and haunching complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) (mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement) to brick/concrete wall and roof surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for roof treatment with Polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven Polyester material as reinforcement with following treatments:- (a) Surface preparation by removal of existing treatment of tar felt treatment/PCC/plaster/loose particle to ensure or clean. Smooth and dry surface and preparing surface (b) Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.300 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surfaces. (c) Providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fiber as reinforcement on primed surfaces by torch application with side over laps minimum 100 & end over laps minimum 150 mm etc as per manufacture instructions (d) Finishing of top surfaces by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacture instructions. (e) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out applying bitumen primer and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in cement mortar 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking Down cement plaster or lime of any description including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on wall of surface fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly/old plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of chalk whitening including preparation of new/old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate providing kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore GI tubing and connections, cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore GI tubing and connections, cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 15mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 15mm bore old steel tubing and connections obtained from sl item No 15 above in new or old position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 20mm bore old GI tubing and connections obtained from sl item No 16 above in new or old position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia ball valve high pressure of brass rod & polyethylene float flynut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F stop valve 20 mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 100 mm CI/AC/PVC pipe in any dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend 110 mm any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend 75 mm any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning by disconnecting of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks exceeding 250 Ltr but not exceeding 500 Ltr of RCC or PVC tanks including writing the letters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint, hosting, reconnecting and refixing in position for roof treatment portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: While cleaning any parts of the water tanks was broken / damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the department

S&F in repairs triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of approved colour hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of 500 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of approved colour hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of 1000 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair for band strap support or stay for rainwater, ventilation pipes including bolts if required hook (stay) heavy for large gates, hook and pintle, hinges large and staple chain handmade, sliding bolt, clamp, hold fast plain angle cleat for securing purline to wood trusses or rafter knee pieces insert two way and three way straps plate washers and similar small articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
