Material and labour for non skid ceramic colour tiles (square /rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, are of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc., set and jointed in near cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 450x350x7mm thick glazed ceramic tiles (digital pattern) including highlighter coloured as in dado /skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 to match the shade, pattern, laying etc., of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up and down steel tubing and connections of 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for tubes medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laind in floors of 15mm dia including cutting/ chasing in walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair angles cocks, cast coper alloy, chromium plated with long shank and cup, high pressure with capstan head handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair bib taps, cast copper alloy fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin, angle back, size 550x400mm white, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and finning in ends of brackets, cutting for and finning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waster pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm dia pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'hot' or 'cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortor to dwarf wall or cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915x460mm, bowl size 410x330x160mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fans from ceiling hook of any make and sweep by disconnecting complete for repairs complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hanging only ceiling fans to ceiling hook of any make and sweep by connecting with new 3 core copper flexible round cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any size aluminuim conductor along with earth wire of any sizes complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for sheet metal enclosure vertical DB 's 4 way double door in and including MCCB 100A, 4pole, 415V, 36 KA with spreader terminals, insulating phase barrier and hardware complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Including taking down old DB, MCCB and MCB's. (ii) MCB SP shall be measured and paid separetly under the respective item of schedule.
