Opening / Disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground LT cable of any size & any core from main switch / DB / junction box / LT panel / L T O/H line etc. Taking out the length of cable to be required from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing to be required thimbles / connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch / DB / Junction box / LT panel / OH line etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The cost of excavation & earth work,returning filling, in relaying of sand / bricks and cost of drawing the to be required length from protection pipe ,breaking of brick work / concrete / plaster to be required and redoing to be required for work to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing, commissioning and electrically connecting in repair LT panel board of suitable size 415 volts factory made dust proof vermin for out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick except inner sheath of 2mm LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with expoxy powder coating paint & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. machine pressed both side opening in two halves with rubber beading including AL bus bar of 400 Amps capacity 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/cubical switch shall have the independent opening panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 40mm x 6mm including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of red oxide primer grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including all connections to MCCBs incoming/outgoing with suitable size of AL bus bar comprising of following accessories including testing complete all as directed. Supply and fixing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT feeder pillar box shall be made of POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance, The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. LT junction box cubical type of size 60x40x30 cm,415 volts for outdoor use ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:3:6) Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed.

Supply,Laying and testing in replacement of XLPE LT Cable of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.If the length of span is less than 40.00mtr measurment and payment shall be considered proportionally.

Supply and fixing for shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height, 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts including galvanized mild steel strips 31mm x 3 mm, washer, insulator bolts and nuts, dia of bolt 12mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The rate of galvanized mild steel strips 31mm x 3 mm, washer, insulator bolts and nuts, dia of bolt 12mm is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra.

Supply and erecting in replacement of pre-stressed concrete poles 9 mtr long of cross section (102mmx172mm) at top and (102mmx279mm) at bottom, class-10 complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole from AGE (E/M) Elect store yard to site of work and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and Labour in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed Note : The rate of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint is included in this item.The payment shall be made as per actual weight of material. During weighting the weight of paint and primer shall not be considered for payment purpose.nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply , fixing and stretching in replacement ACSR of any size as per site requirement on existing HT/LT poles including binding on existing insulator with aluminium binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. For measurement and payment purpose only the weight of ACSR shall be considered .The weight of aluminium binding wire 2.00mm shall not be considered.2. The rate of aluminium binding wire 2.00mm is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying of DWC pipe with coupler of size 63 O/D and 50 mm I/D as per IS-16205 for laying of cables complete all as specified and direcyed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of size upto 100 mm dia is not included in this item and shall be paid extra on under appropriate item of BOQ.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.

Material & Labour for disconnecting the LT cable connections from panel MCCBs/MCBs and removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC SOLUTION , if the cable insulation is deterioated Excavate the loop of the cable and make new connection with suitable size of lugs including replacment of the unserviceable or defective parts i.e rusted nuts, bolts,old damged/ corroded door hinges /door lock etc (doors hinges, door lock shall be weld properly) and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked.Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be proper to be made serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Foundation of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications if deteriorated and colour the entire panel, base frame properly with spray gun or by hand complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair indication lamp in differenet colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for repairing the LT panel board body by replacing with new CRCA sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door / body of Pane/feeder pillar box, with hinjes and door lock should be well welded, painted as per existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement of Stay assembly with galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15mm complete with accessories including loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay plate,excavation in any soil/ hard rock and PCC work etc for fixing of stay rod of 20mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement of 25 sqmm copper unarmoured single core pvc insulated electric cable for connection from metal enclosure to distribution box fixing complete with suitable size of copper thimble on both side of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 25 KA, ics= 100% Icu Adjustable Thermal (.8 to 1 x in) and fixed magnetic Release, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 25 KA, ics= 100% Icu Adjustable Thermal (.8 to 1 x in) and fixed magnetic Release, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note:- The contractor shall deposited the old material retrived from item no 01 to 34 to AGE E/M Electric Supply store yard by his own arrangements without any financial benefits and shall maintain the record for the same as specified by Engr-In-Charge and GE.
