REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN ROADS, POT HOLES AND ROAD FURNITURE AT AFS JALHALLI EAST AREA UNDER GE (M) (AF) JALAHALLI

Material & Labour for Repairs to pot holes, any dept, area not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around adges to at least 25mm in depth making rood around by filling in screened a graded road metal, watering anad well ramming (including supply of road metal) using power roller 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on top surface, all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1, 3kg per 10 sqm using on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achive the required compactness, to required camber and gradient complete including cutting edged of road straight and site clearance, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for painting 2.5mm thick road marking strips not.exceeding 10 cm width or girth for layout of centre line, dashes, rows, speed breakers, writing letters etc, with thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour by using fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads speser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater oven by experienced operator on road surface incuding road marking paint spray machine as in lines, dashes letters, arrows etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs, of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 of Make - Dark Eye (or equavalent in other makes) fixed with and including stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Traffic mirror/convex mirror size 600 mm dia used for blind spots at internal lanes to get a superior view of surrounding area , the mirror will be impact resistance and distortion free , its quality glass, perfect finish, extensive area coverage on the mirror and smooth surface , eco friendly , light weight and come with fixtures FRP is used in making brim and back holding plates , single piece poly carbonate used for greater damage resistance , incl cost of of standard fixing,cost of labour and materials etc, complete as per company specification all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs, of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed.
