Maintenance, necessary line shifting, extensions and upgradation of existing/upcoming 6.6 kV feeders emanating from Hingula 33 kV/6.6 kV Substation for a period of 730 days.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together,including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of Pole top /straight two wire/V-shape wire / angle iron / channel iron cross arm on steel tubular /Rail/Channel iron / PCC pole for 11KV/22KV/33KV as required.

Supplying of Polymer Disc Insulator with Hard wire

Erection of 11 KV polymer Disc insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of Polymer Pin Insulator

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick,thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia GI stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. asrequired.

Erection of Cradle Guards

Installation of 11kV GOAB switch with proper arrangement

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of G.I. Wire (6 SWG)

Supplying of Clamp with Nut-bolts for Earth Wire Mounting

Erection of G.I. Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, Cl.wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to be given in even shade: two or more coats on new work

Providing Labour (8 nos. /day) for loading and unloading of pole from Central store to Hingula OCP

2 no. of pole climber for attain beakdown of any type in 2nd and 3rd shift (739(Skilled)X2X730 days)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
