S & F in repair Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing,including dismantling.

S&F in repair PLEATED pleased blinds made of polyester fabric with alumnium coating at its back. Pleates of one inch with segments at the interval of not exceeding 100mm top and bottom channels made of aluminium in matching colours. M&L for Wall paper -Wall coverings in repair to be made from vinyl (PVF), coated with plastic; rustic metalic/ Natural Finish/ Cork & Mica Finish/ wall texture finish; to be colourfast and washable with dust repellent property. Application of wall paper as per approved sample. Rate to include surface preparation and application as per manufacturers standards complete all as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

S&F in repair E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centre. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs aluminium louvered ventilators of section size 80mmx20mmx1.50mm including 5mm thick frosted glass fixed in half portion & adjustable type louvers in another half and stainless steel wire mesh fixed type on outside frame etc making to the jambs,including taking down old u/s ventilator and making good the wall for fixing new window complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs aluminium (extruded section body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC surface preparation by cleaning the surface from any moisture dirt,wax grease,flux residue and all other contaminants, applying two coats of AS 2045 Epoxy primer on PCC surface, supplying and applying, two component dielectric coating on the prepared surface having electric strength not less than 32.2 KV/MM, Dielectric dissipation not less than 0.074, dielectric constant not less than 10.93K. flash point above 52 Degree Celcius, a film of thickness 3 mm is a achieved. Note;- (a) The contractor has to produce a certificate from a Govt approved lab certifying all the characteristic and propereties of coating as stated above. (b)The contractor has to produced the test reports of the coatings applied at all the location to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (C) The coated rate is deemed to be inclusive of materials required for surface perparation.
