M&L for point wiring (concealed) complete using 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area, single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable upto and incl working voltage 1100 volts grade, PVC conduit 'medium grade' ISI marked with fittings such as bend, tee, junction boxes elbows etc including pressed steel terminal sunken boxes of 1.2 mm thickness with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet ISI marked top cover fixed with brass screws, cup washers and unsheathed copper conductor cable earth continuity wire connetctd to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area conductor and all other metal parts with earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp, one way switch.

One fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 Amp, one way switch.

Supply and fixing Vertical load line type TPN DB, 6 way, as per IS - 8623, IP-43 protection, universal mounting with suitable capacity copper bus bar with nuetral bus bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plate suitable for MCCB TPN 125 Amp as incomer and TP & SP MCCB/MCBs 40/63 Amps as outgoing complete & making necessary electrical connection for incoming and outgoing cables, with copper lugs, crimpped with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for distribution board SPN 230 volts, double door 6 way for mounting MCBs/Isolators/ELCBS etc factory made conforming to IS: 13032 fabricated out CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral link 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, DB shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion, double door type with hinged & locking arrangement, flush to wall, IP-42 protection and label marking of incoming and outgoing circuit on all wayscomplete all as specified and directed.
