Cleaning and sterilization of Overhead Tank and Under Ground water Sumps

Providing required manpower (05 No) for Cleaning and sterilization with bleaching powder solution and washing with fresh water of the following underground R.C.C. water tanks/sumps/Overhead tanks complete with including the cost of cleaning agents, bleaching powder, scaffolding, ladder, brooms, brushes, dewatering pump, Airjets, compressor, ultraviolet tube, etc. including the cost of materials, tools, plants & labor. (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) The entire surface area of the sump shall then be scrubbed thoroughly with a wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removed from the surface. (v) Finally, the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation, etc., per the Engineer-in-Charge's direction. Note: The contractor is solely responsible for the safety of the worker while working on-site. A contractor has to provide safety equipment to the workers i.e Oxygen level meter, Safety belts etc.

Note: The contractor has to ensure proper cleaning of each tank which is to be certified by the Engineer In-charge, no payment will be made without departmental certification, the contractor has to procure bleaching powder before starting the job & handover it over to the sectional store at 100gm/tank which will be issued to contractor on the day of cleaning. While cleaning the tank if some damages are done by a contractor, then it has to be rectified by the contractor itself immediately, if not so payment of 02 tank/01 tank will be deducted for the inconvenience. Also tank should be cleaned as per the schedule given, delay charges may be recovered as a penalty.

Cleaning and sterilization with bleaching powder solution and washing with fresh water of the following Overhead RCC water tanks complete with including the cost of cleaning agents, bleaching powder, scaffolding, ladder, brooms, brushes, dewatering pump, Airjets, compressor, ultraviolet tube, etc. including the cost of materials, tools, plants & labor, all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Cleaning of OHT 6,900 to 12,600 lit capacity tank (128 flats)

Cleaning and sterilization with bleaching Powder. OHT of Tank Capacity:500 to 3000 litre capacity.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
