Agricultural Pumps along with Universal Solar Pump Controller (USPC) all external part of motor used in open well submersible pump having casing of Alloy steel confirming to IS 3444 including fixing PVC insulated polymer sheathed 3 core flat type cabling in conduit, required from solar plant to solar pump through control room required to connect, including cost of and as per IS code 14220-2018 including third party inspection. Average discharge 13 LPS / Head 52 meter / minimum / minimum output rating of 15 KW duly installed on the suitable foundation. Actual pump set's parameters will be finalized after approval of design and drawing. Solar Pumping Sets should be of the make: KSB / Shakti/ Kirloskar /CRI/Lubi/ Crompton/ WPIL, @ Rs 11002.53/- per HP Quantities are total sum of various pumps capacity in HP may vary as per design requirement for site.

Supply and installation of filters, Hydro cyclone/ Sand separator 40 cum/hr (hot-dip galvanized), Flange Connection with GI fittings, with flush valve, SS clamp, thread shall comply with IS 554, Oaring, with SS lock pin and collector tank as per IS 14743 as per latest amendment with all accessories (HSR item No 26.73.9).

Supply and installation of filters, Media filter 40 cum/hr, with back wash and bypass assembly made in mild steel body as per IS 14606 as per latest amendment with all accessories and shall be provided with measuring points at inlet & outlet for pressure measurement and with backup strainer filter and all flanges should be of steel pipe confirming to IS 6392 (New HSR item No 26.73.2).

Supply and installation of Strainer filter 50 cum/hr, with flush valve size 38mm inlet with disc clean element strong precision engineered and radials grooved disc to provide three dimensional filter, strainer element shall be made of stainless steel as per IS 12785 with latest amendment with all accessories. Housing made of mild steel shall be hot dip galvanized as per IS 4736 (HSR item No 26.73.6).

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia for PE pipe line to be laid in field (HSR item No 4.16.1.2).

Horizontal directional drilling with micro tunneling methods, for pipe laying under pacca rasta/road crossing.

Providing and lowering of PE PN-10 floater to float the submersible open well pump/motor.

GGalvanized steel chain link both end twisted fence fabric having opening size 7.5x7.5 cm & 3.15 mm dia wire, 2.2 meter height of mesh, with 2.8 meter ht of MS Angle 50x50x5 mm supports fixing at spacing of 3 meter centre to centre, supports with MS Flat 35x5 mm. Fencing supported with MS Angle 35x35x5 at top and bottom. The M.S Angle supports shall be anchored in cement concrete (1:3:6) blocks 45x45x60 cm additional razor barbed wire fencing shall be provided at the top of mesh, fencing including gate @ Rs 2000/- per meter.

Supply Installation testing commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Stand alone Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, necessary protections, earthling, mounted on Aluminum/GI structure of suitable strength. Including lightning and surge voltage protection, Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required, built in metering system to monitor plant performance (Amp-meter, Volt-meter, Frequency meter, Energy meter, Watt-meter, and other instrument/equipment as required) Note:- PV modules used must qualify to the latest edition of IEC PV module qualification test or equivalent BIS standards Mono Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules IEC 61215/IS14286. Providing, fixing 14 watt LED street lightning of 75 walt solar panel, 12.8 volt 30 Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery, 12 Walt White LED Luminaries and pole of 5 Meter above ground level with dusk to dawn operation (first 4 hour full light system ding, fixing, and testing of Solar light including battery: min 24 Lux ),rest of the time at lower light (50% Min. 12 Lux) & 3 Days or minimum 36 operating hours autonomy or as per detections of Engineer in charge (New HSR Item no 24.4.8.3).

Hydrant assembly for Nakka in field, Rates including Tee, riser pipe, butterfly valve, Flange and labor for fixing butter fly valve should be as per IS 13095-2020 (Rates are as per analysis including HSR item 25.3.6)

Supply and installation of 50mm i/d hydraulic pressure relief valve of polymerize with accessories for pressure regulation of irrigation system as per BIS standard. Including all fittings/ accessories required. (New HSR Item no 26.73.10)

Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately) 50mm dia Rates Including Service saddle, ASTM Pipe, Coupler and ARV ( to be fixed in field) @ 300 meter spacing Including cost of isolator. Providing and laying 50 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required color and pattern over (BIS 15658:2021) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( old HSR item No 10.75).

Single layer brick lining in bed of (irrigation channels) community tank for any discharge consisting of (i)Laying polythene film 200 micron over sub grade (ii)First layer of 6.83 cm thick bricks 22.86x11.11 cm laid in 1 :4 mortar over 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (HSR item No14.34.1).

Single layer brick lining in sides of (irrigation channels) community tank for any discharge consisting of (i)Laying polythene film 200 micron over sub grade (ii)First layer of 6.83 cm thick bricks 22.B6x11.11 cm laid in 1 :4 mortar over 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 (HSR item No14.34.2 )

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil (HSR ITEM NO 4.12.1)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil (HSR item no 4.4.1).

Extra for leveling and neatly dressing of disposed soil completly as directed by Engineer in Charge (HSR Item 4.6).

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS : 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC, NP2 MARKED WITH IS : 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete is all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer - in -charge. 300 mm dia feeder pipe line from outlet to tank in complete chak (HSR Item No 20.62.3).

Supply & Erection of Alfa valve.

Construction of control room/regulation cum watch and ward hut as per approved design and drawing including water supply, Sanitary fittings, electric fittings, septic tank and other items as required etc As per approved design and drawing.

Complete operation and watch & ward of the project 1+3 year including operation of pump house, pipe line and accessories, electromechanical solar plants complete in all respect.

Complete Maintenance of pump house, pipe line and accessories, electromechanical, solar plant etc complete in all respect (36 months) @ 0.5% per year of total amount excluding earth work. ( 3 years each for all 5 outlet)

Supply and jointing three core submersible flat cables of approved make with bare bunched copper conductor insulated and sheathed with PVC for submersible pump motors /fountain lights etc with voltage grade 1100 volts marked with IS:694, 1990 including cost of jointing, materials as well as carriage, loading, unloading etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge. Submersible Copper Cable 3 Core 16 sqm (HSR Item No 24.5.1.6)

Bore well cum tubewell:- Boring/drilling bore well of 300mm diameter for casing, Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, Un-plasticised PVC medium well casing (CM) 200 mm dia pipe , UPVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS:12818, Including Supply, testing and lowering of ISI marked all welded stainless steel screen (SS304) cage type V-Wire Wound Screens in bore wells conforming to IS:8110. Providing, lowering and fixing of 20 HP three phase 50Hz- ± 3% rated motor frequency, 415 V ± 3% rated motor voltage, 110 mm dia UPVC Column pipe for delivery, with Submersible Copper Cable 3 Core 16 sqmm as required Optional Item Where extra water available during any season.

Construction of desilting chamber including baffe walls to break to break the velocity of water to settled down the heavieer silt particles as per design and drawing oprional item where heavy silt exist in water i.e. Yamuna Water.

Survey, planning, design, drawing and hydro-analysis of the complete piping system, pumping units and solar plant to check adequacy of the complete MI infrastructure and vetting it from the Government institute since estimated quantities are based on the tentative design parameters.

Preparation and implementation of warabandi of the complete chak and Identification of training needs of the farmers, preparation of training modules on various subjects concerning operation and maintenance of the MI systems, Solar array & pumping systems and cropping pattern etc., and providing necessary training to the farmers as per the identified needs. Necessary training shall be provided to the WUA members and the staff identified by the Engineer also for all activities involved in the O & M of the complete MI System including.

Supply & Installation of valve regulated solar batteries as per IS 16270:2014 (reaffirmed 2019) have autonomy time of 15 days. 200 AH Lithium Ferro Sulphate Battery
