Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth in hard and dense soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, man holes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard soil.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass. concrete, foundation filling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter

M&L Mild steel Plates 10 mm thick plain channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but not exc 10 cm long

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tube conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. M&L Pre Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating Gl based Plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. M&L75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Plinth Protection laid in alternate panels finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.
