Modernization of Main Tawi Canal from RD 1030-4850M including its Distributaries D-8C from RD 300-1000 M, D -11 from RD 1500-2000 M, RD 2200-2600 M and Bindral Minor of D-11 RD 0-2800 M and Lift Canal Raya including its Distributaries.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood)shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete andstacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and laying common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) and finished neat.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4

10cm thick mud phaska with flat bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shutteringand finishing with.1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
