Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) eachsoft/loose soil not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earht around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling SS Railing work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to grade Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5 KM(outside MOD) from starting point and depositing where directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161- 1979 grade St.-240 or other cuting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed
