Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation trenches, walls, drains, plinths, footings, pedestals, columns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc., including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & creepers etc. Shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], dressing, leveling & hand ramming he bottom of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality of Soil, leveling & hand ramming the sides of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the waste soil or surplus soil, generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Dewatering of pond by pumping out water collected by natural drainage inside pond including providing sump wherever necessary, cost of all materials ,machinery , labour ,drainage and all other ancillary operations etc .complete

Providing and laying PCC, 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including preparation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, providing; fixing & removing formwork, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. Note: OPC 43 Grade cement of reputed brand shall be used for executing this item.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with approved C. C. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm / 300 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 45 Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundations, trenches, walls, drains, plinths and all other miscellaneous masonry works etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 3000 to 4000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying Cement Plaster, 15 mm thick for internal surfaces of walls and columns in CM 1:5, rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth and even finish including preparation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing & laying RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using 20mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded aggregates of hard ,durable &approved quality of RCC work including mixing,transporting,laying,spreading,consolidation,leveling,finishing,curing,preparation ,fixing and removing staging/platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 mtrs from the place of work and clean the work area .complete all as per standard technical specifications, drawing (if any)and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all location and at all lifts/height. note-OPC-43 grade cement of reputed brand/make & as approved by EIC shall be used complete all as per standard technical specifications, drawing (if any)and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all location and at all lifts/height.

Providing and laying approved make High Yield Strength Deformed Reinforcement bars of all diameters confirming to the grade Fe - 500 of IS:1786 including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with 16 gauge soft annealed binding wire of approved quality & of approved make for RCC works providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts . Note: The rate shall be inclusive of Binding wire and cover blocks and will not be measured separately for payment.

Providing ,placing & removing formwork for all concrete work including providing, fixing,& removing staging ,platform collecting &disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2-3kms Note- measurement shall be made for formwork in contact with concrete surface.

Fabricating gates, hand rails, frames of panels doors, windows & shutters, shutters, purlins, rafters horizontal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses and all other miscellaneous new & modification to existing structure/s including Providing standard MS Steel Sections which are required for executing this work and fixing erecting the same in position to true line level & plumb, preparation of base, providing & fixing hilti bolts [of approved quality] of suitable dia. & length, preparation of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phosphate Primer of Asian paints Berger make and Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian paints / Berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the general waste up to a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and fixing in position20 - 22 mm. thick, Kota Stone Slabs / Tiles of approved quality; of approve shaded / colour & one side Mirror Polished. Laying / fixing in approved pattern for FLOORING to the true line; level & slope . including Tiles using cement mortar in 1:4; 20 mm. thick bedding, colouring pigment to match the existing surface, preparation of base & curing properly, Polishing the joints using polishing machine / polishing stone, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 50 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all height / lifts. Note: Basic rate of 20 - 25 mm. thick, Kota Stone Slabs / Tiles shall not be less than 395.00 per Sqm.

Laying / fixing in approved pattern for FLOORING to the true line; level & slope . including Tiles using cement mortar in 1:4; 20 mm. thick bedding, coloring pigment to match the existing surface, preparation of base & curing properly, Polishing the joints using polishing machine / polishing stone, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 50 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all height / lifts.

Supplying installing and commissioning of floating fountain of SS floatter 4ft (submersible pump : open well 7.5 HP kirloskar make) ,height of water flow of fountain 8ft-10ft controlled with valves,3"nozzels,36w RGB led light with remote controlled, control penal for pump & light, with all installation and electrification charges. complete all as per the standard technical specifications, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.
