Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc & prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (plain, corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor,hearth or wall tiling includinguding cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforcement cement concrete M-25 (nominal mix ) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts concrete complete all as specified and directed

Use & waste of Formwork toconcrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work, vertical or to batter and sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface, masonry surfaces other in cement mortar 1:4 finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm / liter and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre /10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm over new plaster surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm to 80mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for concertina coil 600 mm dia ( in streched portion ) hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CRL anti corrosive paint making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clip ( 18 SWF) fixed over razor wire wire with angle iron. The concertina coil is to be fixed with razor wire at point wherever coil touches the bottom of razor wire with the help of hog rings ( 14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work of rolled mild steel conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails & guides) and hanging, fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 tubular trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire & soot doors, gate stops and similar articles not exceeding 5 Kg each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary ccessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
