Taking down the existing unserviceabe Distribution panel board with conventional type switches, unserviceable MCCBs from Panel boards, controls and removing from site for further disposal and all as specified and as directed.

Supply install commissioning and testing floor mounted Outdoor cubical type LT Feeder Pillar Box (CPRI tested) of size 1200 X 1000 X 450 MM fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 60 X 60 X 6 mm frame factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back centre openable double door with locking arrangement cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, Digital VAF + PF Meter- 01 Set, including LED indicating lamps- 03 Nos, internal wiring of suitable size to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCB's & Bus-bar. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator, connected with Aluminium lugs, including painting on the surfaces externally & internally with powder coating (RAL-7032) incl. necessary PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following :- Note: 1. Internal Wiring with single core copper conductor cable/ PVC Insulated Strip of suitable size incoming busbar and busbar to out going MCCB/MCB - 1 Job. 2. Fine wiring ith single core copper conductor cable for instruments/indicating lamps - 1 Job. Excavation in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre in depth for any type of foundation/cable trench and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & laying locally available, well burnt Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks/ Fly Ash bricks of size 250x125x75mm (± 8% tolerance), laying perpandicular to UG Cable laid in trenches over Sand Cushion as Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Street/ Security Light Pole of any description and any size, seggregating Seviceable Insulators and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Earth Wire, Cradle Guarding, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE Cable, sheathed PVC insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road including and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items. MAKE:- KEI/POLYCAB/ HAVELLS/ FINOLEX

All as per Item No. 13 here-in-above, but 16Sqmm 4.0 Core Cable, Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe (ISI Marked) 50mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 15 here-in-above, but 25mm dia pipe, Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 20x20cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finished suraface of depth not less than 12 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate); including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Multistandarded Copper Conductor cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size drawn through steel tubular poles for interconnection of cable looping box to street light Fitting, Post Top Lantern & etc including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in-repair of Pole Box/Junction Box of size 205 X 255 X 112mm (LxBxH) made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, including provision of suitable connector for single phase connections loop in and out 10 to 16 Sqmm 2.0 Core aluminium armoured cable branch out 1.5 Sqmm single core copper PC insulated cable and MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable clamps (GI Flat iron of 25x3mm), nuts, bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Cat No.: KF 2525 G of make Hensel or quivalent of make Sintex.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade) wire mesh, lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed including proper lugs, including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
