Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC Single Phase, 230 V of size 300 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Old unsv fan will be deposited to MES store yard

M&L for painting of ceiling fan complete upto 1400 mm sweep with one coat of white paint/existing fan using spray machine painting with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, washing of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down geyser of any capacity from wall mountings after disconnecting electrical and water connections to carry out repairs and after repair fixing the same and making electrical and water connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Replacement of parts carried out will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking out complete internal assembly i.e. inner tank, inlet and outlet assembly, heating element, thermostate etc of geyser of capacity 25 ltr, de-scaling the inner tank using appropriate chemical (descaling agent), cleaning and washing complete accessories, reassembling the same position complate all as specified and directed at site.

All as per ser item No 12 here-in- before but capacity of geyser 50 ltr.

M&L for painting of geyser up to 25 ltr with one coat of white paint as per existing colour using spray machine painting with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, washing of surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

Repair of copper/steel inner container of geyser of 25 ltr capacity by necessary welding/brazing to check the water leakage, testing by applying specified air pressure to ensure leak proof, reassembling of geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Spare Parts shall be measured & paid under relevant items.

Note: Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid for separately but GI fitting and jointing material deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Cleaning, desludging and removing of all scales and dirt from OH Pressed Steel Tank of capacity 9600 gallons installed at height of 40' staging and write (size of lettering 75 mm height) on indicated space at a height 3.5 mtr from ground level(ie. DATE OF CLEANING................, CAPACITY OF TANK ..................etc.) in black synthetic paint over white synthetic enamel paint all as directed and specified. NOTE : (a) Cost of staging/working platform involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (b) consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of each tank shall not be less than 12 Kg (c) Maximum two times cleaning of each tank in entire C.A. period.(Measured separately each time.

Labour only for cleaning of under ground sump of capacity 40 KL, including removal/taking out of sludge, cleaning of side wall by jute with necessary bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of staging/working platform,bleaching powder involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down old unsv corroded / rusted GI pipe ofs size upto 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cost of T&P such as required tools, ladders, helmet, etc required for repair of street light/flood light complete all as specified and directed at site.. Note:- (a) Cost of spares and accessories will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Cost for taking down and re-fixing of street lights shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (c) Any other items or parts (other than listed in Sch A) required for smooth functioning of street lights/ Security lights on pole from junction box bus bar to street light shall be provided by the contractor and rates for the same are deemed to be included in above item here in before nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and laying in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall/poles, LT UG cable heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm x 4 core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' bricks locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix GI tube light grade of 50mm size laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of elect cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, galvanized iron, light grade tubing (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs junction box 200x140x95mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20 x 3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable ISI marked with PVC insulated, multistranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed, flat or circular of size 2 core x 4 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.
