Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification.

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.(Materials to be taken back by the contractor by dismantling/removing the same after the function)

Supplying and stacking at site as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position facia and eaves boards with 12 mm thick plywood IS 303 of approved qaulity 60 cm wide.(Materials to be taken back by the contractor by dismantling the same).

Providing and fixing Plywood of different size and different thickness wherever required screeing all complete.(Materials to be taken back by the contractor by dismantling the same).

With 19 mm thick Plywood IS :303

With 6 mm thick Plywood IS :303

Providing 1.20 mm thick aluminium plain sheet gutter (600 mm over all girth).Materials to be taken abck by the contractor by dismantling the same after the function).

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :(Materials to be taken back by the contractor by dismantling/removing the same after the function).

Superior hard wood Cat-II B

Spreading of pulavarized sand/river sand at required thickness over the top of parrade track.

Providing and fixing flag (2 mtrx1 Mtr) on G.I pipe(1inch) including excavating holes,G.I.pipe of 6.00 mtr ,stiching charges etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing in position in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwitched between two aluminium sheet (each 0.50 mm thick).the aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated,with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluropolymer resin coating of approved colour on face #1 and polymer (service) coating of face#2 as specified using stainless steel screws,nuts ,bolts, washers,cleats,weather silicone sealent,back rods etc colour and shade as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
