Dismentling of old RCR.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavtion to be it the from of regular pits not exceeding ½ meter (20”) in depth earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8”) layers including 1.5 meter (5ft) lifts and 30m be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m (100ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge also including rovality as per Govt. circuler. SI. No. 253

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling warening & rimming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of SI No. 251

Sand fillling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km. (5mile) from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI. No. 255

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast fine sand of 1.25fm and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors with ass labour for completion of work SI No. 281

R.C.C. works cement appoved coatsesand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in flooring of drain excluding supply of reingrcement and its binding , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire an including necessary cantering and shuttening etc.SI. Per sq.m respectively made of concrete mixture 1:11/2:3 of approved make shape in all of complete work at per direction of I.R.C. in all of the work labours and materials T.N.P. etc required for proper completion of the work at site.
