REPAIR MAINT OF INTERLOCKING TILES, CHEQUERED TILES, PCC PLINTH ETC AT TECH AREA AT AF STN BARWALA UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND CHANDIGARH

Demolition of PCC,interlocking/paver block in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish out MoD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 20mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 20mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x20mm thick,factory made ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement and pigment., laid with neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerb stone machine made of size approved by AGE(I) made to shape slightly rounded or chamfered as directed set and pointed in CM 1:6 as in road side/hardstanding kerb stone incl necessary excavation returning filling and disposal complete all as direcred.

M&L for Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on concrete surfaces, over 10cm width or girth, including preparation ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of old surfaces ,complete all as specified and directed.
