Supply, installation testing and commissioing of following size flush mounting new VTPN DB double door enclosure with Phase, Neutral, Earth Bus and interconnecting all wires with necessary civil masonary works as per detailed specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work includes removal of existing DB's, other connections and installation of new DB with it’s associated works with neat finishing.

DB TPN - VTPN 6 Way (6 Plus 18) with metal door. Incomer - 1 No, 63A FP MCB out going - 18 nos, 6 - 32A SP MCB.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioing of following size new SPN DB 32 / 40 A , 6 way, 250V, single phase, HORIZONTAL metallic double door DB,copper busbars,neutral link and earth link with all terminations and earthing suitable for existing wirings. The scope of work includes removal of existing DB all connections and SITC of new DB with all masonary works for neat finishing.

Incomer: 1 no , 32 / 40 A , 2 Pole MCB. Outgoing ; 0-20A , SPMCB, C series as required - 4no's

CABLING WORK: Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1100V grade following sizes FR / HR PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Cu / Alu. UG cables / Armoured jelly filled telephone cables including necessary cabling works.

In build up trenches, on walls with proper clamping on poles through embedded pipes on floor / trunches including supply and laying of new cables and fixing of all material as per the scope of work.

Earth work excavation in all type of soil for cable trenches to lay various size cables, back filling the same in to original Level, consolidating and removing of excess soil as per the specification.

Supply and fixing of following specified rated metallic power plug / MCB breaker and metal sheet enclosures with earthing. The scope of work includes box embedment by wall cutting, all civil works for neat finishing etc. as directed by engineer-in-charge.

The removal of existing flush type boxes and other accessories from the wall, supply and fixing of new boxes and accessories with neat finishing including required civil masonary works are included in the scope of the works. Supply, fabrication, assembling, installation, testing and commissioning of C class, GI PTL poles as per drawing no : IMSc/PTL-1/16 including all civil works like soil removal , concrete mud mate, construction of pedestals, plastering and 1 coat primer and 2 coat Aluminium painting, supply and fixing of 6A, SPMCB and enclosed way connector, FRP marshalling box, termination of cable and earthing etc. as directed by engineer in charge.

Completion of trouble shooting in AMF panel with necessary new CU control cabling suitable for EC2 relay and MV panel ACB operation, fixing of NC / NO contactors with terminal blocks and completion of the entire automation system works as directed by engineer in charge.

SITC of 630 A, 415V, 3phase, 4 pole , 50 KA, 50 hz MCCB in the AMF panel with necessary new cable terminattions and earthings and as directed by engineer in charge including removal of existing faulty MCCB placed in the AMF panel.
