Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS Fabricated Vertical Mounted Type 1000 liters capacity Vaccum Receiver with inlet and outlet and drain holes provided suitable to operate with vaccum pump, etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Ward Vaccum Unit with Gauge both mounted on a collection jar of capacity 600 ml and with a wall bracket for mounting it on the wall. The collecion jar should be made of unbreakable polycarbonate materials which is fully auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrade as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers and as per IS 12827 / 1989 and ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification. The rate includes cost of silicon hose with SS nipple on either side.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS Fabricated Vertical Mounted Type 1000 liters capacity Compressed Air Receiver with inlet and outlet and drain holes provided suitable to operate with vaccum pump etc as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Flow Meter made up of Brass with Humidifier Bottle Flow Meter should be back pressure compressed and should be accurate gas flow measurement with control range 0-13 litres per minute. It should meet strict permission and dumbling standard. The meter body should be made of brass materials. The humidifier bottle should be made of unbreakable polycorbonate material and auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrate. The rate includes flow meter and its accessories (silicon tube with mask). The cost of materials including transport, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer and as per IS 12827 / 1989 and ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Medical Gas Copper Pipeline arrangement to hang on the wall of socket type connection installation of seamless cleaned and degreased non arsenical phosphorous gas copper pipe line with saddles complete with brazing work including all copper fitting (tee, elbow, reducer, coupling). The copper pipelines should be tested suitable for a steam of working pressure of 17.34 kg. / cm2 (17 bar) and confirm to BS 864 Standard with specially made for brazed socket type connection. The medical gas copper pipeline should be tested as per standard and commissioning after painting as per International Code No. IS 2379/1963 Table-V. The pipelines installed at the various wings and floors etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.

Brass Isolation Valve suitable for the copper pipe and should be of non lubricated 90 degree turn lever ball valve of reputed make, conneced in line with medical gas pipe line system by using suitable size brass valve adopter union, ferrule, nipple, rubber O' ring, tapion lap and etc. All pipe line regulators shall be capable of controlling pipe line pressure and must compatible with the requirements specified in IS 12827-1989. All valves should be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure for the gas line as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Sepecification.
