Material and labour for cleaning existing reinforcement using wire / rotary wire brush, removing all loose material, dust, and rust, followed by applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (FEOVERT or equivalent) conforming to ASTM-B-117, on cleaned rebars.After six hours of curing between coats, apply protective coating IPNET-RB to reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/ Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibitor the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), So it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed. Notes: Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer.

Material and labour for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia and 50–100 mm deep, complete all as under: (i) Cleaning of holes using air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12 mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes, ensuring outlet alignment with grouting gun. Fix using thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure sealing and cure for minimum 12 hours. (iii) Cutting of nozzles after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) For cracks up to 2 mm wide, fix injection nozzles directly over cracks at 6 to 9 inch intervals using drilling mac

hine and fast-setting epoxy putty, curing for 2–3 days. Seal between ports with epoxy. (v) For cracks 2–5 mm wide, drill staggered holes along crack edges at 6-inch spacing and fix with epoxy putty. (vi) Seal the crack face with liberal application of epoxy putty. Make: Dr. Fixit / STP / Choksey Chemical (as approved) or make given in Appx B to PS. Notes: Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer.

Taking down cement or cement-lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using ready-mix pre-packed dry mix mortar, mixed with waterproofing compound on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces on external walls, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing, curing, and transportation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply Only.”

Providing and applying 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) using ready-mix pre-packed dry mix mortar on internal brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing, curing, and transportation, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Replacement of corroded steel reinforcement with TMT bars (CRS) of appropriate size, where 30% or more of cross-section has reduced, including dismantling and removal of rusted bars and fixing new reinforcement properly tied and bound in position, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing split/window AC of any capacity from G+7 building alongwith accessories and kept in safe custoday and refix the same after repair of building in same location duly servicing complete includign filling of gas and replacement of minor parts i. filling of gas, copper tube pipe. drain pipe, insulation of pipes, fixing clamp, Bracket, nut bolts etc testing the same after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
