Demolition of concrete (in roof) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and lowering if necessary, removal of the rubbish off the premises complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old surface and applying two coats of Super Latex (Sika or equivalent) @ 80gm per sqm per coat in the ratio of 1:1.5:5 (latex : water : cement) over internal/external of brick/concrete surface after cleaning and washing the surface by wire brush and plenty of water The entire surface shall be washed throughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. After 2 to 6 hours of first coat, apply the second coat in crosswise direction to first coat. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The entire process to be executed through authorised applicator.

M&L for 40 mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete on roof with chicken wire mesh all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm) shall be applied over one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm ( membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, complete all as specified and directed .( Note: The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.
