M-35 PRECAST RCC BOX — pply of RCC grade M-35 concrete & Casting of precast RCC Box segments/Base slab of any size of grade M-35 at suitable locations as p approved drawing with 20mm crushed stone aggregate including formwork, shuttering, staging, mixing, placing, vibrating, all materia including cement, all tools, equipment, lead, lift etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and transporting to bridge site. MS SHEET- 8MM THK — oviding of contractors new M.S. sheet 8mm thick in rail piling by welding with contractors welding machine, consumables, labour, ele rodes and all other incidental charges etc. complete. Note:- This item will be operated for excavation very near to the track side o y. Where safety of turning track is endangered. For excavation other places. Shoring etc. in relevant item. Engineers decision regar ng operation of this item shall be final.

DRIVING UNSERVICABLE — iving of railway unserviceable rails by hammering with the help of monkey hammer or by any other means into ground of all type of so s strata up-to the depth specified by the engineer in charge or his authorized representative with contractors tools and plants, equ ments, labour etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. The rate includes cutting of rails, making V shape of drivin edge of the rails. The rate includes all consumables such as diesel, mobile oil etc. the rate also includes shifting of rails within he yard with a maximum lead of 100 meter. Transportation of rails from other places if any will be paid against relevant schedule an the rate includes removal of the infringement above ground level.

STEEL REINFORCEMENT — upply of steel reinforcement of approved brands makes (SAIL/RINL/TATA Steel Ltd./ESSAR Steel Ltd./JSW Steel Ltd.,/Jindal Steel & P er Ltd) for R.C.C.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more ofapproved brands/makeswork including straightening, utting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.
