Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering for Walls any thickness.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding all complete above plinth level. TMT bars of grade Fe 500D or more.

Supply of good earth/manure/sludged and mixing earth and sledge or manure in proportion specified or directed by Engineer in charge including fine/rough dressing of ground,breaking of clods,uprooting of weeds from the trenched area after 10 to15 days of its flooding with water all complete including disposal of uprooted vegetation/grass.

Providing and grassing/plantation of lawns planted in rows or as specified and excavating the ground to the depth of 15cm removing excavated material from site,back filling with garden earth,adding prescribed quantity of organic manure,beeding before plantation of the grass leveling,watering and maintenance of lawns for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supply of good earth if needed.

Supply and planting ground covers for hedging and shrubbery with 300mm height,planted in rows of 150mm by excavating the ground to depth of 15cms removing excavated material from site,back filling with garden earth,adding prescribed quantity of organic manure,beeding before plantation,leveling,watering,cleaning from weeds as required.The rates shall include mortality replacement and maintenance of lawn for period of 03 months or handing over of project whichever later,placed at 450mmc/c.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm,refilling of excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1(eight parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water,filling with water if necessary watering and finally fine dressing,leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed,within lead of 50cm complete(cost of sludge,manureor extra earth to be paid for separately).

P & F Gun Metal garden Hydrant points/sprinklers of approved make covering distance of radius 4.5-5 mts with all necessary G.I Fittings including cost and carriages of materials involved.

Steel work in built up section/framed work including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming,coat of approved brand as required in gratings,frames ,guard,bar,ladder,railings,brackets,gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand two or more coats on new work.

Carraige of materials by mechanical transport.

Stone aggregate for an av. lead of 25 KM.

Sand for an.av. lead of 80 KM.
