REPAIR TO ROAD AT SOUTHERN SIDE OF RUNWAY IN TECH AREA AT AF STN PUNE UNDER GE (AF) LOHEGAON

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tone capacity power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg Per 10 Sqm using paving bitumin (VG -10 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M & L applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and Laying Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechnical paver and power roller of capacity 8 to 10 Tonne etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water ,scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam , binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness (75mm thick or less) with 4% of binder content complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M&L for thermo plastic paint marking 2.0mm thick center line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and simillar work exc 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quantity and make with 8% glass bends laid at tempertrue 160 degree centigrate with a special applicator machine complete all as manufacturer's instructions and traffic diverson arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rubber speed hump filling with precast concrete 50mm thick , length 500mm width 350mm, ABS Block & Reflectors on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
