REPAIR MAINT OF CEILING FANS EXHAUST FANS WALL FANS IN AREA UNDER GE MIS MHOW

M&L for attending and rectifying day to day complaints of fans by taking down celiing fan/exhaust fan/Wall fan of any type/make/sweep from its location at OTM, married accn and offices under GE(MIS) area, servicing of fans after removing blades, opening of ceiling fan at site and cleaning ball bearing,gun metal bush, filling grease /oil and changing of screwes, check nuts etc if required and re-assembling of fan, blades, down rod, canopy etc and hanging back fan to its original location after cleaning of body, and connecting up including providing sufficient length of twin core PVC flexible copper conductor wire of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 :- (a) The cost of collecting new/old ceiling/exhaust/wall fan any size and any make from AGE E/M-01 store, assembling and fixing at site as directed including servicing, if required, is also deemed to be included in the above rate. (b) All T & P and labour team as required will be provided by the contractor as directed by Engr-in-charge. Cost of petty stores such as grease, lubricating oil, lock nut, cross pin,check nuts, insulation tape etc are deemed to be included in item No 1 (c) Rep of the contractor shall be present at complaint cell & responsible for attending the complaints from 8:30 am to 05:00 pm . (d) Cost of minor stores such as screws, insulation tapes ,nuts, bolts, split pins of required size etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as bearings, bushes, holding clamps, canopies, fan blades etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for rewinding of stator complete with super enamelled copper wire (gauge/ weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled fans), including taping, quick varnishing, drying up, fixing connection leads and testing of the following size/ sweep of Fans:-

For Ceiling Fan of 1400 mm sweep.

For Ceiling Fan of 1200 mm sweep.

For Exhaust Fan of 400 to 450 mm sweep.

All as per item No 2.03 but 230 to 380 mm sweep. Note For item No 2.01 to 2.04: Rates are deemed to be inclusive for collection of fan from AGE E/M No.1 yard under contractor's own arrangement, removing defective parts, burnt winding carefully, cleaning & re-assembling the fan after repair i.e. oiling, greasing, washer, lock bolts, connector, cross pin etc, depositing back to AGE E/M No.1 yard and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Supply only (in replacement) following parts of fan all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

(a) Ball bearing of size 6201, 6202, 6203 (Make: NBC /SKF)

(b) Gun metal bush self lubricated, any size, suitable for ceiling and wall fan complete all as specified and directed.

c)Rubber reel for Ceiling Fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep. complete all as specified and directed .

(d) Clamp for hanging ceiling fan made out of MS heavy duty of size 40x 6 mm as per sample including nuts, bolts, washers, etc suitable for 40/50 mm dia GI pipe/angle iron complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Holding clamps for ceiling fan with rubber reel, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flexible cable three core Copper conductor of size 23/0.0076, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (other than for fans covered in item Sl. No. 01 above in which the rates are deemed to be inclusive.) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only blade set suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep matching with existing blades complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only exhaust fan blades of existing pattern for 230mm sweep complete as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 6.00 but for 300 mm sweep exhaust fan. complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 6.00 but for 450 mm sweep exhaust fan. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only table fan/wall fan blades as per existing pattern size 400 mm sweep complete as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair of condenser 2.5 MFD, 240 Volts, AC 50 Hz confirming to IS 1709 .Make:- Epcos or equivalent as approved by GE. complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 10.00 above but of 4.0 MFD. complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs of MS down rod 'medium grade' 15mm dia of length 0.75 mtr complete with making split holes, cut or threads at both end of pipe as required for hanging of ceiling fan incl. painting of rod with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12.00 above but of length 1.50 mtr. complete all as specified and directed

Fixing of exhuast fan of size 300/450 mm sweep including making hole of appropriate size by cutting in the existing wall and making good and matching the distrubed surface wall with the existing wall, fixing with suitable size nuts, bolts, washers as required at site and connecting with and including suitable size and length of PVC insulated three core flexible three core copper conductor from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of collecting the exhaust fan from AGE E/M-01 store, assembling and fixing is deemed to be included in the rate. complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for painting of ceiling/exhaust fan any type and size with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. All T & P and labour team as required will be provided by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of modular fan regulator step type, 2 module type, white in colour, complete. Make:- Make: Legrand Mylinc Series, Crabtree Athena Series, Hager insysta series. complete all as specified and directed.
