Repair Maintenance of Summer Appliances with Plant and Accessories at AF Station Kanheri Hills Under GE (AF) Thane

AMC for, servicing, maintanence, repairing complete for Package type Air conditioning plant of capacity 8.75 TR condensing unit, Model :- DSA1052R1, Make Blue star and kept it in 100% serviceable condition at all times with temperature/ humidity control (temperature 24 degree + 2 degre with RH 55% + 5%) in Equiptment room at AF station Kanheri hill at Technical Area.The following scope of work including the above work. (No. of plant=3 Nos, 2 Nos running one standby) (i) Testing, Checking, serviceing the indoor and out door units, Fresh air duct and return air ducts, all the filter, dumper, grill, electric control panel, Intelligent Microprocessor controller complete. (ii) Three Nos AC plants to be made serviceable condition, Two number will running at at time and one number stand alternatively through auto control switch. (iii) Checking and serviceablity of all controlling equiptment, Push button , ON -OFF switch , Selector switch on PLC Panels for various mode of operation.. (iv) Checking all the connection of cables end termination for any damge or Loose connection .(v) Checking of compressor, condensing coil, Solenoid valves , auto control switch, Automation system. (vi) Checking the pressure of Condensing gas and if required charging the gas.(vii) Checking of all insulating material and repair/replace.(viii) Checking Fresh air /Return duct,dumper,Grill, repair/maintanence/Replace if needed.(ix) Cheking installation of equiptment and repair if found unserviceable. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(a) Spares for repair including Gas will be measured and paid seperatly in respectively items.(b)Serviceing to be done every month, if additional vist required the same will be born by contractor in his own cost.

Supply and fixing PCB circuit for intelligent cooling ambient sensor suitable for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing DLT, HP/LP sensor suitable for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing thermostate suitable for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing blade for condenser blower motor suitable for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Filter suitable for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing expansion valve for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and dismantling outdoor fan motor of 8.75 TR AC plant and material and labour for rewinding with supper enamelled copper winding wire as per existing pattern including replacement of gun metal bushes, shaft, clamps including testing and commissioning , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing outdoor (condensor) fan motor of existing capacity and size for 8.75 TR AC plant ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement insulation (closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing) over copper tubing (suction or discharge) wherever required using approved material & size and thickness of insulation as per manufacturers recommendation for 8.75 TR AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
