Providing and stacking of Alpinia Variegated (three in one) having ht. 30 cm and above, with fresh and healthy variegated foliage in 20 cm size of polybag & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Wedelia trilobata,full of leaves in 15 cm size of polybag & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) well developed with fresh & healthy bushy plant in full bloom 75 to 90 cm ht. and spread of 1 mtr in 40 cm of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Plumeria Alba of height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage including all leads complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed Cattle Manure at site including royalty and all carriages complete at places directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment)

Supplying and spreading of Vermi compost at site including royalty and all carriages in proper bags all complete at places directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing Tractor with attached harrow/disc harrow/excavator or hydraulic trolley of approx. size 125 to 150 cubic feet including driver and fuel for the purpose of transportation of stone boulders, roots of bushes and trees and likewise un-useful material from the various locations of all areas of Airport and dumping the same in the isolated safe location identified by Engineer-in-Charge within or outside of Airport premises with all lifts and lead.

Irrigation System and Piping work Providing and fixing of Automatic Drip Irrigation System of approved make including all required pipelines, valves, pop ups and other necessary accessories etc. complete. Contractor has to complete all network and system of irrigation within 45 days and to be maintian for 12 months (after completion of network) and hand over the system to AAI in running conditions . Automatic drip irrigation system consists of all required drip lines, pop ups, valves, sprinklers and other fitting and fixtures etc. complete as per satisfaction and direction of EIC. System to be developed as per attached drawings and for tentative area of lawn 20000 Sqm and for the Plants mentioned in serial no. 3 to 11 for aprroximate length 6500 mtr (Note: Length & area mentioned are tentative & before execution of work contractor will prepare drawing/design and get it approved from EIC)

Maintenance of shrubs including hoeing, watering, trimming and pruning etc complete as per direction of EIC for 12 months.

Maintenance of hedges including hoeing watering, clipping and removal of clippings etc as per direction of EIC for 12 months.

Removal of garden waste by Tractor with Trolley or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage of any lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge

Credit for taking away of all pruned wood logs including loading, unloading and wighting etc., complete as per the direction of Officer-in-charge
