DESCRIPTION OF WORK :-

Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of silt and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist of the following operations: (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then be scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removed from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting, removing and disposal of loose concrete up to Top Dome as required to make the area free from dust and debris, and also including cleaning of corroded reinforcement bars, their cutting to provide new reinforcement and removing carbonized loose concrete up to 20mm depth behind the reinforcement bars as required for R.C.C. slab, balcony, beam and chhajja, staircase and column and guniting the same etc. Up to 30 m height and up to 50m lead including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering and shuttering repair of OHT wherever required with adequate bracing propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels.

Supply of material, labour and T&P for waterproofing Treatment of the surface including scraping and cleaning of existing surface by wire brushes, paper or acid wash etc. as applicable, repair of minor cracks by Roof Primer ESI, filling of holes/gaps with roof epoxy putty or equivalent compound, and finally applying two coats of roof terracotta HO by rubber pads or brushes applicable to make the surface completely water and leak proof as per manufacturer specifications and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge.

Dismantling of old damaged jali with frame and supply and fixing ventilator jali of OHT including repairing of ventilator and fixing the same including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.

Supply of ISI mark 19 mm dia G.I. medium pipe and jointing it with angle post for railing including supply of all jointing materials such as cock, elbow/clamp etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning and disinfection of the overhead tank with six-stage cleaning method including anti-bacterial spray and UV radiation etc.

Repair of M.S. Ladder outside the dome and supply and fixing of new M.S. Ladder inside the dome including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for the Job.

Weather proof paint in two coats by using approved superior quality paint of approved shade up to 20 M height and including supply of all material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
