Construction of the Kishuni Ka Purwa link road from Km. 1 of Dautpur link road

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 Cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30 meter lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desposited as spoil blanks withen 30m. (100Ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared sruface, mixing by mix in place method with rortavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401.Including 1% Labour Cess.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405. Including 1% Labour Cess.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density Grading - 3 as per technical specification clause 405.Including 1% Labour Cess.

Brick edging on both side of the road 7.50 cm wide with M-150 class bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including cost of bricks,dressing and ramming the excavated earth in proper slope, all labour, T&P etc for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen Emulsion.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Grade using bitumen pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means , including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finised to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Providing and laying of seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Earth Work in road patri with ordinary soil including levelling, dressing, ramming complete work,t&p etc

Construction of 350MM Dia Hume Pipe Earth work in excavation In foundation. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of hume pipe with coller (350 mm dia). As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying and fixing of N.P.-3 hume pipe with coller in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar. Required for proper complete of work ((Hume pipe (350 mm dia)). As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of 600MM Dia Hume Pipe Earth work in excavation In foundation parapet wall. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying plain cement concrete in foundation with cement, sand and 40 mm guage brick ballast (1:4:8) S.I.No 275 As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation upto plinth. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Struck pointing 1:2 in cement and fine sand mortar. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plaster 1:4 in cement and fine sand mortar. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of hume pipe with coller (600 mm dia) As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of hume pipe and fixing with coller in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar complete job. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year maintenance cost @ 0.75% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd Year maintenance cost @ 1.50% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 4th Year maintenance cost @ 2.25% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 5th Year maintenance cost @ 3.00% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024
